This is the cheapest 3 bedrooms unit in the Chandler, it faces north, you have a great view to the Chicago river, the future Chicago Spire and the Navy Pier. This unit has around 2,100 square feet and the inside is really nicely done. The asking price is $839,000, this is very close to the purchase price from the pre construction. The owner lives in Ireland and needs to get this unit sold. I think this is a good deal as the it has every thing, even the view, plus it faces the river so although it is on a low floor, but you do not really feel it.

This is huge for that price. The North view is very nice in the building, it will never be blocked and you see the river and a lot of the lakefront.
