These days I noticed there are quite a few large combined units for sale in this neighborhood, or we could say all around Chicago downtown. Here is another one, a combined 3 or 4 bedrooms unit at the 155 Harbor Dr. The square feet is $2,965 total and it got a great 270 degree view of the city and the lake. It is on the 29th floor, which is perfect as it’s not very high and not very low, I sold unit 2914 last year:-) This unit has lots of customized upgrades, too bad that we could not see the pictures yet. This unit was priced right and sold in a week, I saw the listing and noticed that this is a great deal, so I have tried to contact with some of my clients. The unit 1004 of 155 Harbor has reduced the price recently. This unit is all done, there are lots of upgrades in the unit. The listing price is $439,900. I sold unit 904 last year for $375,000, so I think this price is not so bad since the 904 is also has tons of upgrades. This is a large one bedroom unit which has around 1,000 square feet, there is a very clear view to the Navy Pier and the lake. But you do get to see the Park Shore building too!
