Just sold! unit 4308 at the 195 N Harbor

This unit was priced right and sold in a week, I saw the listing and noticed that this is a great deal, so I have tried to contact with some of my clients. Even before I get to show it to my clients, this unit is under contract now! The listing price was $479,000 with a self parking space which I have not seen it in this building for the last 3 years. Who ever got the deal is really lucky! Welcome a lucky neighbor!

I was wondering about this unit. There were no pictures, which is usually a warning sign. Also, the description suggested there were issues to be addressed. Any idea what kind of condition it was in? I have unit 1108, also with self-parking, on the market at $549,850 but it’s in really good condition.

I did not see there are issues need to be addressed, not sure what you saw them. Unforturnately that I did not get to show this unit since right before my appointment, the listing agent called me and told me that the unit is under contract. But she told me the unit is in original condition and no upgrades. This price is very low for a high floor. Your unit looks very nice on the pictures, the price is not bad either, so I am sure it’s going to sell. Maybe needs some time. Good luck!
