Showing of two split bedrooms and two bedrooms plus den at the Park Shore – 2104, 4305, 4006, 4406

I showed a client 4 different units at the Park Shore building today, 2 of them are two split bedrooms  – unit 2104 and unit 4305, 2 of them are 2 bedrooms plus den – unit 4006 and unit 4406. The 04 tier is very seldom come out in this building as it is more closer to the lake and you will have a clearer view of the Planetarium and the south shore, unit 2104 is original condition, you need to spend $25,000 minimum to do some remodeling. Not including wood floor and good kitchen cabinets. The listing price is $439,ooo which also includes a self parking space. So this is a good deal no matter that you need to do some work of the unit. Unit 4305 is listed for $499,000, it is completely done and move in condition. The washer and Dryer has been moved from the kitchen to the closet outside of the second bathroom, which makes the kitchen more open and nicer. This work is not allowed anymore in the building as it relates to too many pluming work. Also, it did reentry of the main bedroom, made a new build in closet, there are lots of build ins in this unit. The price includes a self parking space, it is also good value.
