This is the most expensive rental I have ever seen in this neighborhood! The asking price is $22,000, this place has over 7,000 square feet. With 5 bathrooms, 6 and a half bathrooms. Play dates this morning at Daley Bi Playground

One of my older daughter’s classmate’s mother has arranged a play date this morning in the big kid’s park. We had a good time playing and chatting, we all thought that we should do this more often and let them have more interest in speaking Chinese to each other. It’s so good that we all live in the neighborhood so that we could get together often. The kids had lots of fun playing at the play ground!

I showed these two units to a potential renter. The room size is great, it has around 1,400 square feet. These units are both at the corner of the building. 1604 has carpet and 4901 has wood floor in the living room. Since they are both on the corner, they have large windows with beautiful views and lots of sun light. This building was built in 2003, so all the appliances are very new, with new bathrooms, and granite counter tops. The grocery stores are very close by, AMC movie theater is just downstairs.
