This unit is very well maintainted, although you might need to do some work as the upgrades are kind of out dated. The listing price includes 2 deeded parking spaces. Normally the 07 unit would sell for $220k and the 08 unit could sell for around $430k, plus $45k parking each, that means it worth around $740K, then you need to spend around $60k just to open the unit to combine it.
