This unit has great views to the lake, the Navy Pier and the north shore line. Since it got windows on the curve, it make the views more dramatic. The listing price was $575,000 and reduced to $565,000. And the sold price is $537,500 which is 95% of the asking price. So that means the building is still holding strong, plus I have tried very hard to sell it at a very good price! There are two similar units sold in the building recently unit 2808 sold for $590,000 and unit 5408 sold for $599,000, these other two units were not my listings, they had different upgrades, such as open kitchen, nicer cabinets, wood floor, or reconfigure of the bedrooms.
