The room size is great, it has around 1,400 square feet. These units are both at the corner of the building. 1604 has carpet and 4901 has wood floor in the living room. Since they are both on the corner, they have large windows with beautiful views and lots of sun light. This building was built in 2003, so all the appliances are very new, with new bathrooms, and granite counter tops. The grocery stores are very close by, AMC movie theater is just downstairs. I really like this building for rent, these units go away very fast too! Detailed info and pictures will be available upon request!
