I had a few open houses already for this unit. There are around 4 people came last time. But most people are just checking and not really serious about buying or to buy this unit yet. But it’s always good to see some traffic and see people are looking, Hope we could see the right people today! I am sure that is every Realtor’s wish for the ones that have open house this weekend, Good luck everyone!

This unit in on the 40^th floor, very nice view to the park, the Chicago river and the grand park with the Buckingham fountain. Unit 4007 is my listing at the Park Shore, this is very nice one bedroom unit, it has views to the new lake shore east park, the Chicago River. It is on a high floor, so you could be able to see the river above the Lancaster building. If you to the window, you will be able to see the Monroe Harbor as well. The unit is listed on 5/5/09 and I have 8 showings already, two of the people are thinking about to make an offer, hope they will do it soon! This building has the best amenities and great social group.

I had my second showing today, the first one was to a customer is thinking to buy a place for his son. Today, a Realtor brought a whole family to check out this one bedroom unit. The listing price is $289,000. It has around 706 square feet with west view to the new lake shore east park. The bathroom is all done. I showed them all the amenities in the building as well and mentioned that the assessment fee is very reasonable. Plus I told them the transportation choices. Hopefully these people could make an offer on it tomorrow. I know that they are going to see a few more places today.

This unit is facing the new Lake Shore East Park, it has lots of light in the unit. Very good floor plan, it has 706 square feet and you do feel it is larger!
