This is a two bedrooms plus den unit, it was on foreclosure in April this year, I have tried to show this unit to a few of my clients but they did not want to purchase due to different reasons. The final close price on this unit is $400,000 which I think is a great deal. As there are lots of closet space in this unit and the view is great! But yes you need to spend around $20-40k to do some remodeling work.

If you have been reading my blog, you would know that this unit is a short sale and it is a very good price, I have been showing this unit to a few people, but they all think that the assessment fee is a little on the high end in this building. The listing price was $404,000, I still think that is a great deal. You need to do some work in the unit, maybe spending around $40,000, then the unit will be very nice.

This is a great two bedrooms and two bathrooms unit, it has got split two bedrooms, the views are the best, it is facing the lake completely. This is a foreclosure sale but the unit is not in a bad condition, it just needs to wash the carpet and the new fresh paint. This unit has 1,348 square feet and the price could be around $600,000, but the listing price is only $404,995, this is a great deal! I am sure the bidding price could be higher if they accept multiple offers or if we offer very fast, we might be able to get it. I will show my first client today at 5:30pm.
