The final close price on this unit is $400,000 which I think is a great deal. As there are lots of closet space in this unit and the view is great! But yes you need to spend around $20-40k to do some remodeling work.</p>

The listing price was $404,000, I still think that is a great deal. You need to do some work in the unit, maybe spending around $40,000, then the unit will be very nice.</p>

This unit has 1,348 square feet and the price could be around $600,000, but the listing price is only $404,995, this is a great deal! I am sure the bidding price could be higher if they accept multiple offers or if we offer very fast, we might be able to get it. I will show my first client today at 5:30pm.
