I noticed a few units have price reductions, unit 2408 is a two plus den unit facing the Navy Pier and the lake, it is on the corner of the north west of the Parkshore. You can also have a view to the Buckingham fountain from the master bedroom. The west view is the new designer lakeshore east park. This unit has just put in new wood floor and new appliances.
