Another price reduction at the Parkshore, this is a very nice two split bedrooms with lots of upgrades, such as open kitchen, the washer/dryer has been moved out of the kitchen, so it looks very nice. The kitchen has white cabinets. There are lots closet spaces in the master bedrooms. The price has been reduced to $479,000 with a valet parking space. I showed a client 4 different units at the Park Shore building today, 2 of them are two split bedrooms – unit 2104 and unit 4305, 2 of them are 2 bedrooms plus den – unit 4006 and unit 4406. The 04 tier is very seldom come out in this building as it is more closer to the lake and you will have a clearer view of the Planetarium and the south shore, unit 2104 is original condition, you need to spend $25,000 minimum to do some remodeling. Not including wood floor and good kitchen cabinets. The listing price is $439,ooo which also includes a self parking space. So this is a good deal no matter that you need to do some work of the unit. Unit 4305 is listed for $499,000, it is completely done and move in condition. The washer and Dryer has been moved from the kitchen to the closet outside of the second bathroom, which makes the kitchen more open and nicer. This work is not allowed anymore in the building as it relates to too many pluming work. Also, it did reentry of the main bedroom, made a new build in closet, there are lots of build ins in this unit. The price includes a self parking space, it is also good value. This is a split two bedrooms unit facing the Millennium park, it is sold within 10 days of getting listed! The listing price is $594,500. I did not get to see this unit, from the pictures it look pretty good, I am so happy to see that sales in our neighborhood are moving so fast! Especially at this price.

This is a great two bedrooms and two bathrooms unit, it has got split two bedrooms, the views are the best, it is facing the lake completely. This is a foreclosure sale but the unit is not in a bad condition, it just needs to wash the carpet and the new fresh paint. This unit has 1,348 square feet and the price could be around $600,000, but the listing price is only $404,995, this is a great deal! I am sure the bidding price could be higher if they accept multiple offers or if we offer very fast, we might be able to get it. I will show my first client today at 5:30pm. I showed a beautiful 2 bedrooms at the 195 N Harbor last week, this is a great unit on the 43rd floor. Unit 4305 is a split two bedrooms with lot of upgrades in the unit. Such as new kitchen, new bathrooms. Kitchen has been opened up and the washer and drier has been moved to a better location. Granite counter tops. The master bedroom has been configured with lots of storage space and built in closets. The window treatment is wood shades, which are very expensive. The second room has been opened up as a study. There are so much sun light in the unit. Great views to the lake, the harbor and the grand park. The listing price is $499,000 with a self parking space!
