It looks so beautiful on the pictures, have great view to the harbor and the new millennium park, the snake bridge, etc. It is on a good level too. Just too bad it is only a one bedroom, the listing price is $499,900, this is quite pricey for the square feet it offers, only 1,050 square feet. But the view is the best and it is on the curve. It looks like there are some upgrades in the unit. This unit normally is very hot and owners sometimes try to sell them themselves:-)
