I am representing the potential renter only, she is a friend of the real renter:-) She really likes the place which has nice views to the Chicago River, the Grand Park and the Buckingham fountain.  The unit features wood floor, new appliances also. I also like the way that it has a french door to the bedroom, so it made the living room looks larger.
