The listing price is $844,000. This is pretty reasonable price. This unit was on the market from December, I am so glad to see there is a contract on it, that means our building is still hot!

The unit features cherry kitchen with 42” cabinets, granite tops and full back splash, breakfast bar and separate eating area. In the master bedroom has a huge walk in closet, marble bath. Crown moldings throughout, maple floor. Also there is a private balcony! The listing price was $725,000. I hope they sold a good price! If you want to get info of similar unit, please let me know.

Unit 3203 at 195 N Harbor Dr is a three bedrooms unit. I have showed this unit back in January to a potential buyer. They thought that the unit needs lots of work. It is OK to move in, just there are lots of stuff are old. The kitchen is in old condition with granite counter but it has been put on about 5-6 years or even much longer before. They still kept the half bathroom not as most of these units’ owner to change this into a study or storage place. As this is a 1,600 square feet place, there is really no need for 2 and a half bath:-) Although I could say that the listing price of $844,500 is not so bad with a self parking space. But to count the work needed, I still think there is room to go down. The unit has great view and a private balcony! I am sure this unit is going to sell in the summer!
