North Harbor Tower is waiving the move in fee and give a $500 bonus now

I am helping my client to find some rentals recently and noticed that the North Harbor Tower is offering no move in fee and give a $500 bonus after you move in. Plus you can negotiate about the price, they give 1 month free currently. 175 N Harbor dr is the location of the building, this building was built in 1991 and has indoor swimming pool, gym with different classes offered. We used to live there for two years and my husband likes to join their different weight loss program. Lots of the units have great views to the lake, the building maintenance people, doorman, management office people are all very nice. I like the big lobby too, my kids used to play there. Oh and the media room is always open which has tables with wireless connections. It is pretty quiet, I used to go there to work, (better than hearing the kids at home). Right by the doorman station there is a business center, which has a few computers, a printer and a fax machine, very convenient, I do see people using this room a lot! So if you are interested in checking out the building, I would be happy be your agent and show them to you.

The North Harbor Tower has it all, it has the best rental options in the city. Rooms are from Studio, convertible, one bedroom, two bedrooms to three bedrooms unit! There are great views in the unit, some units have upgrade. The management office is on site, very nice door man, great exercise room with indoor pool. There is a grocery store underneath the building too. If you like to rent with me, I will give you a $250 gift card from the stores that you like to shop, or what about a check from American Express. So contact me and if you will be able to sign a 12 months lease, you will get the big huge bonus check, plus you will be happy to live in this building at this great neighborhood!

30% of the time when I tell a taxi driver about our address at North Harbor Drive, they would think about Hubbard and then they thought there is no north, only east and west. I then have to say by the end of the east Randolph, then most of them would know where to go. Since this is such a tiny street, it is very hard for people to know it.

There are only three buildings on this street, 155 N Harbor – also called Harbor Point, 175 N Harbor – also called North Harbor Tower and 195 N Harbor - also called the Park Shore. I finally get to remember all the building names, Elizabeth can remember our building name now.

We used to live at the North Harbor Tower for 2 years, now when I think back, how I wish that I have bought the Park Shore back then, then we would be able to save $100,000! Although we bought at the peak time, I still think we did a good purchase since I really like the neighborhood, the people, the parks and the lake front.

I still have some laundry cards that I have not been able to use them, every time when I walked pass the the North Harbor Tower office, I would think about it, I need to try to trade them to cash:-)
