Looking for one bedroom rental at the Lake Shore East

I have been showing one bedrooms, one bedroom plus dens and two bedrooms at the lake shore east this week. My client has picked the one bedroom with a balcony facing south at the Chandler, 450 E Waterside unit 2206. This unit has lots of upgrades, wood floor, nice kitchen with granite kitchen and granite back splash. The rental price is $1,850 with a parking space. The unit has around 940 square feet. There is a walk in closet in the master bedroom.

During the showings, we have looked at a few different buildings, including the Park shore, the 222 Columbus, the Columbus Plaza, the Chandler, the Lancaster, each building has it’s own pros.

I am so happy that my client found their favorite place!

If you want to live at the most prestigious building in the lake shore east neighborhood, then you have to take a look at the Aqua building, which is just built on Columbus Dr with 90 floors high. This building has three parts, hotel, apartment and condo. The condo price is between $299,000 for a studio to $1.9 M for a four bedrooms unit on 81st floor. There are also rentals available from $1,650 to $3,600. This building has the best amenities in the building, you do not need to go to office to work, since there is work station and business center in the building.

This building is right out of the new Lake Shore East Park, which is a nice park with kids’ playground, a dog park, a nice big grass open space, which you could reserve to set up parties, or have games. This building offers everything you need, it has a nice gym on the 16th floor with an outdoor pool, a great party room.
