Today, a Realtor brought a whole family to check out this one bedroom unit. The listing price is $289,000. It has around 706 square feet with west view to the new lake shore east park. The bathroom is all done. I showed them all the amenities in the building as well and mentioned that the assessment fee is very reasonable. Plus I told them the transportation choices. Hopefully these people could make an offer on it tomorrow. I know that they are going to see a few more places today.
