The price has dropped to $449,000. This is really a great price for such a unit in this nice building. This unit has great view to the Navy Pier, the lake and even the Buckingham fountain. I am sure this price is going to sell in any time soon.  This unit does not come with a parking space but you could rent from other owners or to purchase a parking space from other owners.
