This two plus den is a very nice unit at the parkshore, it has brazilian wood floor, new appliances, around 1,300 square feet. The price has dropped to $449,000. This is really a great price for such a unit in this nice building. This unit has great view to the Navy Pier, the lake and even the Buckingham fountain. I am sure this price is going to sell in any time soon. This unit does not come with a parking space but you could rent from other owners or to purchase a parking space from other owners.

This is a two bedrooms and den unit at the Parkshore, the price just been reduced to $523,850, that is a big decrease, I am sure that someone is going to get it now. This unit has nice entry way and beautiful kichen cabinets. Great remodeling in the kitchen, including opening it up, granite counter tops, nice appliances, the unit has beautiful views to the Navy Pier and the Lake. This is two bedrooms and a den unit at the Park Shore, we have a same unit, I really like the design of this unit, there are around 1,300 square feet, but you could change it to a three bedrooms unit. The kitchen is redone and very nice, it has new bathroom floor too. Pictures and detailed MLS information will be available upon request. The new price is $519,000 with a self parking space.

This is a nice two bedrooms unit at the Park Shore, it has great views to the lake and the city. It is on a very high floor with split two bedrooms, this price includes a self parking space, this is the cheapest price so far for the 05 units in the building. The new price is $459,000. So if you take the parking $50,000 out, this is only $409,000 asking price. So act fast, let me know if you want more details of this unit!
