This is really a great price for a combined 1,800 square feet unit. This unit has great view to the city and this was a short sale, the asking price was $428,310. The new owner would like to upgrade the whole unit, they might split the two units and sell one of the units. This is a great purchase, I am happy for the new owner who has make a very wise choice!

Here is another one, a combined 3 or 4 bedrooms unit at the 155 Harbor Dr. The square feet is $2,965 total and it got a great 270 degree view of the city and the lake. It is on the 29th floor, which is perfect as it’s not very high and not very low, I sold unit 2914 last year:-) This unit has lots of customized upgrades, too bad that we could not see the pictures yet. But if you want I could get the pictures for you or we could schedule an appointment to go to see this awesome unit together!
