I had two showings for the 195 N Harbor Dr unit 4007. This is a one bedroom unit facing west with views to the new designer lake shore east park and you could also see the Buckingham fountain and the grand park, the lake shore dr, the Chicago River from the window. I have a new listing one bedroom, unit 4007 at the 195 N Harbor Dr located at the Parkshore. This unit is facing west, has views to the new lakeshore East park, the grand park and Buckingham fountain, the lakeshore drive and some of the lake, also you could see the Chicago river. This unit has granite counter in the kitchen, some remodeling in the bathroom. The unit has around 706 square feet, the layout is great so that you do not lose any spaces . It has in unit washer and dryer, lots of closet spaces.

The Parkshore building is a full amenity building which include an on site grocery store, tennis court, garden, grill area which you could watch fireworks right in front of you. 24 hour door man, a full spa, two party rooms, the one on the concourse level has just been remodeled with new granite kitchen, there is another party room on the 56th floor with a kitchen inside too. Everyone could use the two party rooms three times a year free of charge.

I have showed one rental unit to a potential renter today, one bedroom unit facing the new designer lakeshore east park. I am representing the potential renter only, she is a friend of the real renter:-) She really likes the place which has nice views to the Chicago River, the Grand Park and the Buckingham fountain. The unit features wood floor, new appliances also. I also like the way that it has a french door to the bedroom, so it made the living room looks larger.

Yesterday I had two showings at the lakeshore east, they were both at the 420 E Waterside building. Both are one bedroom units, one is facing north east and the other one is facing southwest. They were both very nice, the one faces north east has the best view of Navy Pier and the Chicago River. The one faces southwest has a view to the lake and the new Lakeshore east park. Both has balconies. My client prefers the southwest facing one as it is larger which has around 824 square feet and the asking price is $1,700. The building offers great amenities including gym, indoor pool, party room, grill, sun deck and so on.

This one bedroom unit is facing the designer lakeshore east park, the price has just been reduced to $279,000. This unit in on the 40^th floor, very nice view to the park, the Chicago river and the grand park with the Buckingham fountain. This is the cheapest 3 bedrooms unit in the Chandler, it faces north, you have a great view to the Chicago river, the future Chicago Spire and the Navy Pier. This unit has around 2,100 square feet and the inside is really nicely done. The asking price is $839,000, this is very close to the purchase price from the pre construction. The owner lives in Ireland and needs to get this unit sold. I think this is a good deal as the it has every thing, even the view, plus it faces the river so although it is on a low floor, but you do not really feel it.

I showed my client this unit and they really loved it. So after showing him this unit, we went to the Tides, but he said that he could not get this unit out of his mind any more. So we went back and made an offer on this unit. This is a two bedrooms unit facing north with great view to the lake, navy pier and the shore line, the city view, the Chicago river, you name it, it has wood floor all through out except the master bedroom. I am so happy to see that my client is really loving this place and I am also glad to see that he like to stay in our building, we all love our building!
