This unit is facing west, has views to the new lakeshore East park, the grand park and Buckingham fountain, the lakeshore drive and some of the lake, also you could see the Chicago river. This unit has granite counter in the kitchen, some remodeling in the bathroom. The unit has around 706 square feet, the layout is great so that you do not lose any spaces . It has in unit washer and dryer, lots of closet spaces.

The Parkshore building is a full amenity building which include an on site grocery store, tennis court, garden, grill area which you could watch fireworks right in front of you. 24 hour door man, a full spa, two party rooms, the one on the concourse level has just been remodeled with new granite kitchen, there is another party room on the 56th floor with a kitchen inside too. Everyone could use the two party rooms three times a year free of charge.

I noticed one web site visitor found our site when searching for “how far is buckingham fountain from navy pier?”? Well, I’m sure they did not get the answer from here – BEFORE NOW! Yes, now we are going to divulge this information for free on the Internet so everyone can know just “how far is buckingham fountain from navy pier”. Below is a map I created using MapPoint 2009 showing the approximate walking path one would take going from ____ to _____. 1.5 miles. I’d estimate a thirty minute walk assuming a leisurely 20 minute mile pace. Or an hour and a half round trip with time for an ice cream. Click on the image below a couple time to see the full screenshot. It’s too wide and doesn’t quite fit the layout of this web site.

This one bedroom unit is facing the designer lakeshore east park, the price has just been reduced to $279,000. This unit in on the 40^th floor, very nice view to the park, the Chicago river and the grand park with the Buckingham fountain. I noticed a few units have price reductions, unit 2408 is a two plus den unit facing the Navy Pier and the lake, it is on the corner of the north west of the Parkshore. You can also have a view to the Buckingham fountain from the master bedroom. The west view is the new designer lakeshore east park. This unit has just put in new wood floor and new appliances. I notice that this unit has just been listed today. This is a 2 bedrooms and a den unit at the Park Shore, we have a same unit. This unit is in an original condition. You could see the Columbia Yacht Club very clear from the window, also, you will be able to see the nice lake and the lake shore drive. Also you will see the nice Buckingham fountain. It has 1,300 square feet, but the lay out is very nice, you could change the den to a three bedroom without any problem. So you would feel that you have lots of space in your place. Park shore is a very well maintained building, it has the best to offer in the neighborhood with the lowest assessment.
