Nice view to the new lake shore east park and the Millennium park, the only thing is you should bring an interior designer to help you and do some good lay out for this unit. I showed this unit to a potential buyer today, it has great views to the city, the lake and the Millennium park. This unit has 3 bedrooms, all the remodelling is done 10 years ago. So it needs lots of work if you like contempery, the owner is offering to put in new wood floor with new carpet in the bedrooms and new paint. The asking price is $1,295,000. The view is really nice. This is a one bedroom unit at the 360 E Randolph, the Buckingham Building, it is a short sale, since we do not see short sales often, I took two clients to see this unit. However, my clients do not like it due to it’s not clean and there are not so many upgrades. I noticed today that this is sold! So I was right, this is a good price!
