Plus you can negotiate about the price, they give 1 month free currently. 175 N Harbor dr is the location of the building, this building was built in 1991 and has indoor swimming pool, gym with different classes offered. We used to live there for two years and my husband likes to join their different weight loss program. Lots of the units have great views to the lake, the building maintenance people, doorman, management office people are all very nice. I like the big lobby too, my kids used to play there. Oh and the media room is always open which has tables with wireless connections.  It is pretty quiet, I used to go there to work, (better than hearing the kids at home). Right by the doorman station there is a business center, which has a few computers, a printer and a fax machine, very convenient, I do see people using this room a lot! So if you are interested in checking out the building, I would be happy be your agent and show them to you.

Rooms are from Studio, convertible, one bedroom, two bedrooms to three bedrooms unit! There are great views in the unit, some units have upgrade. The management office is on site, very nice door man, great exercise room with indoor pool. There is a grocery store underneath the building too. If you like to rent with me, I will give you a $250 gift card from the stores that you like to shop, or what about a check from American Express. So contact me and if you will be able to sign a 12 months lease, you will get the big huge bonus check, plus you will be happy to live in this building at this great neighborhood!
