The new tenant has just moved in this unit and he mentioned that he really likes this unit, the view is so pretty, the unit has very nice upgrades, the building offers so many amenities, it has a great store, a nice pool, a beautiful sundeck, a nice gym, friendly doorman…

I am very happy to find such a good tenant for my client .

I had a showing for this rental unit at 4711 at 155 Harbor Dr. This unit is remodeled, very nice inside with granite counter tops, nice cabinets marble entry, and nice bathroom too. There are some furniture in the unit too, such as a Bose TV system. The view of the unit is spectacular, view to the lake and the south shore line. This building is renter’s heaven, it has everything, the nicest gym, indoor pool, nice grocery store, party rooms, sun deck, work room. children’s room, etc. Please let me know if you are interested to see this place!

This unit has great views to the lake, the Navy Pier and the north shore line. Since it got windows on the curve, it make the views more dramatic. The listing price was $575,000 and reduced to $565,000. And the sold price is $537,500 which is 95% of the asking price. So that means the building is still holding strong, plus I have tried very hard to sell it at a very good price! There are two similar units sold in the building recently unit 2808 sold for $590,000 and unit 5408 sold for $599,000, these other two units were not my listings, they had different upgrades, such as open kitchen, nicer cabinets, wood floor, or reconfigure of the bedrooms. I showed this unit a few months ago and noticed that it has reduced $120K this past weekend, due to short sale. This is a great unit overlooking the lake and the south shore line. Very seldom seen in the building for this price! Then I found that it is under contract today. That is only 3 days after it has reduced value! This is a great unit with the best view in the neighborhood.

After listing this two bedrooms condo, I already had 7 showings. People are still thinking;-) It’s that the things that people do nowadays. They like to think and do not like to act! This two bedrooms unit has great view to the lake and the Navy Pier. It has wrap around windows so it even has more lights to the unit. There are lots of closet space too. Kitchen features marble counter. The unit has around 1,369 square feet. It is a very large two bedrooms unit. The listing price is $575,000 which is the lowest in the 08 tiers. I have been to this unit last year since I know the owner, this unit is redone very well, wood floor, with new kitchen, new bathroom, closet been moved around, it looks a lot bigger than the other 01 units. Also, the column has been pained by an artiste, together with the two walls. This is really a move in condition with modern design, I am glad to see this unit has been sold with in a month of being listed. That means our neighborhood is still very strong in sales.
