Unforturnately that I did not get to show this unit since right before my appointment, the listing agent called me and told me that the unit is under contract. But she told me the unit is in original condition and no upgrades. This price is very low for a high floor. Your unit looks very nice on the pictures, the price is not bad either, so I am sure it's going to sell. Maybe needs some time. Good luck!
