		<description>I was on the west end of the LSE park a few weekends ago for the &quot;Chicago Spring Half&quot; and some guy asked me where &quot;360&quot; is located. So I looked up at &quot;340 on the Park&quot; and remembered the Buckingham is 360 E Randolph. He told me he&#039;s looking for 360 Waterside and I had to apologize that I didn&#039;t know where it was. Actually we were only about 200 feet from The Tides :-). 

Speaking of which, Chicago does not experience any tidal effects that I&#039;m aware of... Why do we have a building called The Tides? How about Effluent Bloom? I guess it doesn&#039;t have the same poetic resonance.
